How to Play
Vet Visit = Cat Chaos
It’s time to take your cat to the vet, but your furry friend has other plans! You and your teammates must coax your feisty feline into its carrier but be careful, or you’ll quickly find yourself on the losing end of a hissy fit!
Each turn, draw a Cat Card to make things worse, apply its effects, and then spend your actions to draw or play Human Cards. Coordinate combos, distract the cat, and inch it closer to the crate.

Chris Stone – Co-Designer
Hi! I’m Chris Stone, I’ve been designing tabletop games since 2017 with three published game titles. I’m lucky to share game days with my three cats: Pixel, Cinnamon, and Buddy the Gaming Cat, who enjoys judging my strategies from the comfort of a box lid.
Levi Robertson – Co-Designer
I’m Levi Robertson, a tabletop game designer since 2016. My first published game, Cartastrophe, launched through The Game Crafter in 2022. My three mischievous cats—Pancake, Waffle, and Oatmeal, help test component durability by batting pieces across the floor.
We created Hissy Fit to capture the hilarious mayhem of taking our cats to the vet with a family-friendly cooperative card game that has enough strategy and depth for players of all skill levels to enjoy. By blending our own real-life cat wrangling experiences with a dash of chaos and humor, we aimed to create a playful challenge that’s just as unpredictable as our feline friends.
